November 4th, November 4, 2021: Geoffrey “Kill” McCormick, session drummer and member of “Beach Metal” band Beach Viper out of Phoenix, AZ, is now playing Xcel drumsticks exclusively.

Says Geoff: “The team at Xcel are great. I played a competing brand of 2Bs for a long time but I wanted a stick that was slightly more nose heavy, with a tougher shoulder and tip for better durability. After discussions with the staff at Xcel, it turned out their 2Bs are exactly what I was looking for. And the quality of their wood and finish is outstanding. They are solid without being slick and are holding up much better than I’m used to. These are great sticks and I’m happy to be part of the Xcel family of drummers!”
